What to do next
Please first enter you postcode to calculate your initial call out fee:
Call out Fee what is included
The service call charge includes the first 30 minutes of our engineers time to assess and / or carry out a repair (without parts).
If we can fix your issue whilst on-site without parts and within 30 minutes of arrival there will be no extra charge. (Call out fee only)
What is not included
Out of warranty service calls do not cover the cost of replacement parts. If replacement parts or additional time is required we will do one of the following.
a) Where parts are required, a quote would be given, to either repair on-site (if common parts are stocked on our service van and only if service engineers daily workload allows for this.)
b) or a quote will be given outlining the cost for us to return and repair with non stock parts and extra time if needed. (a second call-out fee does not apply)
c) Any additional time required beyond the first 30 minutes of our initial visit is charged at £65 per hour If works cannot be completed within 30 minutes allowed we will inform you, and confirm at that point whether you wish us to continue on site or not
We aim to call out with 5 - 10 working days of agreeing to service and repair works. We may agree in writing at an extra cost to call out sooner if it is an emergency situation. (i.e. threat to life, health or risk of imminent property damage.) Additional emergency call out costs (within 24 hours) will carry a charge of £110 in addition to the rates quoted above (this is subject to engineer availability).
